Agi Mishol [Israel, 1947] was born in Hungary as the child of parents who survived the Holocaust and emigrated to Israel at the age of four. She has studied Hebrew literature in Jerusalem and has so far published ten collections of poetry. At present, she lives in Kfar Mordechai, where she has a farm, gives writing courses and translates esoteric literature. Her own work has been translated into French, Spanish, Arabic and English.
