Poem

SELF PORTRAIT

My life is in no need of a Macintosh computer
Or of a dishonest tradesman in paintings to place it where it appropriately fits:
That is, in a golden frame, and post it in, say, a cash point.
All my life needs is a blue bicycle
I can ride as I wave to the Monalisa with a new scarf
While she sticks out her tongue before a telescope
To bring the event closer.
And I say to her: Ooooooh,
I have forgotten my fat wives in the bathroom
And have left the shower dripping.
